Netanyahu: Iron Dome major achievement for Israel
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the successful interceptions achieved by the Iron Dome system and said: "From a defense perspective Israel has registered a major and impressive achievement and it will echo throughout the world. Yet in spite of the achievement, it is obviously only a partial answer and we need an offensive response."
At the government meeting Sunday Netanyahu sent wishes for a swift recovery to 16-year-old Daniel Wipliech who was mortally wounded from a rocket attack on a school bus last week. "Daniel is fighting for his life and we ar praying with the entire nation for his recovery," he said. (Ronen Medzini)
