Qassam explodes in Ashkelon Coast Regional Council; no injuries

A Qassam rocket was fired toward Ashkelon Coast Regional Council. The rocket exploded in an open field and has yet to be located. No injuries or damage have been reported. The Color Red rocket alert system was activated in the area. (Shmulik Hadad)
