State officials addressed US pressure which caused the postponement of the Quartet meeting on the Middle East peace process.
"The European states failed in renewing the process and bringing the Palestinians back to the negotiating table," one state official said. "The US realized Europe was failing and decided to take control of the process," he added. (Attila Somfalvi)
