Libyan rebels meet international envoys in Qatar

Libyan rebels are in Qatar's capital to call for stronger international pressure on Muammar Gaddafi's regime as Western and Arab envoys gather to discuss options. Wednesday's meeting is also the first high-profile forum for Gaddafi's former foreign minister, Moussa Koussa, who defected to Britain last month and is expected in Qatar.
The Libya Contact Group session comes after France's president urged NATO to boost attacks on Gaddafi's forces to break the military stalemate. Envoys from NATO, including the US, and Arab allies are expected to attend. (AP)
