Justice voids law that deports migrant workers after giving birth

Supreme Court Justice Ayala Procaccia ruled that the Interior Ministry regulation to deport female migrant workers three months after they give birth should be cancelled.

Procaccia explained that the regulation should be voided because its benefit is marginal. Procaccia is set to resign on Wednesday after serving 10 years in the High Court of Justice.
