Iraq: Roadside bombs kill 3 south of Baghdad

Iraqi officials say roadside bombs have killed three people at a market south of Baghdad. 

A police official says two policemen were among the dead in the morning blasts Thursday in Mahmoudiya, a town about 20 miles (30 kilometers) south of Baghdad. He says nine people also were wounded in explosions, set off by a pair of roadside bombs. (AP)
