Peres visits Gaza vicinity kibbutz

President Shimon Peres toured kibbutz Nahal Oz on Thursday, after having to cancel his visit to the Gaza vicinity community on Wednesday for security reasons.

Peres met with children that reside in the kibbutz, and joined them in planting a tree on the spot that was hit by a shell that was fired from the Gaza Strip. (Ronen Medzini)
