Report: Syrian army to enter Banias with residents' consent

Syrian armed forces are preparing to enter the coastal city of Banias following an agreement struck between the city's residents and the military.
The forces will be stationed in Banias in order to "keep the peace and settle accounts with those responsible for the recent riots" there, according to a human rights activist in Syria. (Roee Nahmias)
