Report: Shalit deal German mediator continues efforts

The German mediator between Israel and Hamas over the deal to release kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit hasn't resigned as previously published in Germany, the Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper reported. According to their report which relies on a "diplomatic source", the german mediator is in the region and continuing his efforts to broker a deal. (Roee Nahmias)
