Itamar massacre: Awarta chief demands int'l inquiry
Following the arrest of two teens from Awarta who confessed to the massacre in Itamar, the, the village chief, Kais Awad said Sunday that he didn't believe the conclusions of the investigation. "I have major doubts over the Israeli findings and demand an international inquiry. They're children, it isn't possible that they committed this awful act," he said.
Awad stressed that he condemned the murders and said that the two confessed to the murders under duress. (Elior Levy)
