Akko attorney indicted for mediating between Islamic Jihad, prisoners

The Jerusalem District Prosecution filed on Wednesday an indictment against Suheir Ayub, a 42-year-old attorney from Akko, who is accused of acting as a connecting link between the Islamic Jihad leadership and its members who are imprisoned in Israel.
According to the indictment, Ayub received between NIS 400-NIS 800 (approximately $115-$230) from each prisoner for her mediation. (Aviad Glickman)
