(VIDEO) – Hamas in action: In an exclusive video by al-Jazeera Television, Hamas commando forces are seen raiding the Nuseirat refugee camp hideout of the three men suspected in killing Italianpro-Palestinian activists Vittorio Arrigoni, last week.
The dramatic raid, which included propelling off the roof of the building, resulted in the death of two suspects and the injury of the third. All three belong to the Salafist group, a head-line group affiliated with al-Qaeda. 📷
According to al-Jazeera, more drama took place inside the house, which belongs to the al-Ula family: at first, the family was allowed to try and convince the fugitives to exit the house of their on accord, in order to avoid bloodshed.
Their efforts, however, proved futile, prompting Hamas tosend in their commandos. Soon after one officer propels down the building, gunshot erupts.
One of the fugitives threw a grenade at the security forces, wounding three.
