Man charged with torching Welfare Ministry building

A 23-year old man from Beit Shemesh has been charged with torching two buildings and four vehicles in the city.
The Jerusalem District Prosecution says one of the buildings torched belonged to the Welfare and Social Services Ministry. (Aviad Glickman)
