Nablus governor: Shooting wasn't terror attack

Nablus Governor Jibril al-Bakri told Ynet Sunday that the shooting was a "security incident" and not a terror attack. He claimed that the Israelis aroused suspicions because they entered the city in cars without first coordinating their visit.
He said that at first, warning shots were fired and then the police opened fire at the Israeli vehicles. Al-Bakri stressed that the incident is under investigation and refused to state whether the shooters were Palestinian Authority police officers. (Elior Levy)
