Britain has urged its citizens to leave Syria amid worsening unrest there.
The Foreign Office says that unless they have a pressing need to remain in the country, Britons should get out while commercial flights are still available as the security situation in Syria is "rapidly" deteriorating. It said the British Embassy there will likely not be able to provide normal consular service for long. (AP)
