A boat owner in eastern Congo says 72 people are missing after his boat capsized, possibly because of bad weather and high winds.
Owner Maneno Muzuka says seven survivors were recovered from the capsize that happened early Monday on Lake Kivu. Bukavu town security chief Jeanmarie Bwishe says 80 people were on board. (AP)
