Cairo prison prepares for Mubarak's arrival
Officials of Tora Prison in Cairo are preparing for the arrival of former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. The Al Arabiya news network reported that the facility's hospital has began readying an emergency room for the ousted leader, who is expected to be transferred there. Mubarak is currently hospitalized at Sharm el-Sheikh.
Senior officials from Mubarak's regime, who are waiting to be tried for corruption and involvement in the killing of protesters, are held at the Cairo prison. Mubarak's two sons are detained there as well. (Roee Nahmias)
