Report: Syrian president set to announce additional reforms

Syrian President Bashar Assad is expected to announce a list of additional reforms during the next few days, Lebanon's OTV network reported Tuesday. No additional details were revealed.
Syrian opposition claims that Assad's regime has announced reforms every Wednesday or Thursday of the week in attempts to soften the level of opposition ahead of demonstrations on the Fridays that follow and that the reforms are empty promises. (Roee Nahmias)
