Court rejects Gazans' claims for compensation over war damages
The High Court of Justice has rejected a petition by the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, which represents more than 1,000 residents of the Gaza Strip who demanded compensation for damages exacted by Israel during Operation Cast Lead.
In their decision, judges wrote that the High Court is not the place to debate the matter. (Aviad Glickman)
