Syria 'welcomes' Palestinian factions' reconciliation
The Syrian Foreign Ministry issued a statement Saturday saying Damascus "welcomed the agreement reached between the Palestinian factions."
According to State-run Sana news agency, Syria believed the treaty was "a major victory for the Palestinian people in their just struggle for the liberation of their land." (AFP)
