Gov't approves NIS 25 million for renovation of Jewish block in Auschwitz
The government allotted NIS 25 million (about $7.3 million) to the renovation of Block 27 – the Jewish block in Auschwitz – which is slated to begin over the next few days.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that "it is important to continue restoring in order to keep deriving lessons in the future." (Attila Somfalvi)
