2 Border Guards charged with attacking Palestinian teen

The Police Internal Investigations Department has submitted charges at the Jerusalem District Court against Yishai Ben Ozri, a 30-year-old Ariel resident and Shani Sivilya, a 22-year-old Jerusalem resident, both Border Guard officers accused of attacking and abusing a 17-year-old Palestinian boy.

According to the charge sheet, the two attacked the boy when he was stopped at the Rockefeller Checkpoint in Jerusalem. Sivilya pressed her gun against the teen's neck, and hit him on his head. Ben Ozri is accused of punching him in his face and kicking him. (Aviad Glickman)
