Chief of staff: IDF has obligation to precede every threat

IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz attended the Holocaust Remembrance Day ceremony at the Masoa Institute and said: "The IDF has a historical obligation to precede every threat, to try and prevent harm to any Jews wherever they are and to enlist its forces to win any confrontation." (Boaz Fyler)
