Turkey on alert for possible Syrian refugee crisis
Turkey, which shares a long border with Syria, says it is preparing to deal with a possible influx of a large number of Syrian refugees.
Turkey already has set up a small camp in southern Hatay province for the 263 Syrians who fled their country on Friday. Turkish President Abdullah Gul said at a televised news conference Monday that his country is taking measures for "the worst-case scenario." (AP)
