State: Fallen soldier's home to be spared from razing

The State Prosecution told the High Court of Justice Tuesday that the political echelons ordered that the house of the late Major Eliraz Peretz in the Yovel neighborhood on the Eli settlement would not be razed – until an alternative appropriate solution is found for his family.
The State was responding to a Peace Now appeal demanding that buildings constructed on private land in Yovel and Harisha outposts be demolished. It was noted that other buildings constructed on private land would be razed. (Aviad Glickman)
