The prime minister's Military Secretary, Major General Yohanan Loker, decided not to join Netanyahu on his visit to Britain due to concerns that he might be detained, Channel 1 reported on Wednesday.
Locker, who served as the head of the IAF's Air Directorate during Operation Cast Lead, made the decision after consulting with senior officials and legal experts. (Attila Somfalvi)
