Former President Moshe Katsav's Media Advisor, Amnon Shomron, critizied Tel Aviv District Court for permitting the publication of protocol from the Katsav trial.
According to Shomron the decision to publish these protocols has a peculiar timing, only a few days before the ruling on the former president's appeal to the High Court of Justice. He also expressed surprise at the decision to publish only the prosecution's testimonies and not the defense's. (Aviad Glickman)
