Mashaal: Bin Laden's assassination a 'monstrous act'

Hamas politburo chief Khaled Mashaal condemned the assassination of al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden, calling it a "monstrous" act.
"Arabs and Muslims are human beings, and the West must treat them with decency – whether they are supporters or objectors of bin Laden," Mashaal said in a statement. (AFP)
