Prosecutor files new indictment in Hariri probe

The prosecutor of a UN-backed tribunal investigating the assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri says he has filed a new indictment including "substantive new elements" that have only recently come to light.
The new indictment and the one it replaces remain sealed and prosecution office spokeswoman Sophie Boutaud de la Combe refused Friday to elaborate on the new details. (AP)
