Al Jazeera: Hamas agrees to Egyptian draft on Shalit deal
Egyptian intelligence services have prepared a draft for a Shalit deal acceptable to Hamas and it will be presented to Israel through a mediator set to arrive in Cairo in the next few days Palestinian sources told the Al Jazeera news network.
According to the report, Egypt has received assurances from Hamas that they are interested in completing the deal and so has launched a series of talks with elements within various European countries in order to proceed with the deal. (Elior Levy)
