Former President Moshe Katsav heads to HCJ hearing
Former President Moshe Katsav has left his home in Kiryat Malakhi Wednesday morning and is headed to his hearing at the High Court of Justice in Jerusalem.
Katsav is expected to discuss his request to delay the serving of his sentence until the court has ruled on his appeal regarding his conviction of rape and sexual offences. (Tova Dadon)
