2 Palestinians, Israeli arrested in clashes in Havat Gilad
Two Palestinians and an Israeli citizen have been arrested by Border Guard and military forces in clashes that took place in the West Bank settlement of Havat Gilad.
Reports say a Palestinian man was injured by stones. Settlers say the clashes began after a Palestinian driving a tractor attempted to run over an Israeli man. (Yair Altman)
