Report: Hamas leadership discusses guidelines for Shalit talks

Commander Hamas miltary wing in Gaza Ahmed al-Ja'abari and Hamas politburo chief Khaled Mashaal met in Cairo a few days ago to discuss the guidelines for negotiations with Israel regarding captive IDF soldier Gilad Shalit.
According to Al-Hayat newspaper in London, the two defines their red lines for the upcoming talks. It was also reported that a French or Turkish mediator might replace the outgoing German middleman. (Elior Levy)
