Police to ask court to extend terror attack driver's remand

The Dan District police department, which is investigating the circumstances surrounding the hit-and-run that killed one and injured 19 in Tel Aviv on Sunday, is expected to ask the court to extend the remand of the truck driver who perpetrated the suspected terrorist attack.

The police, which issued a gag order on the publication of the name and picture of the perpetrator, has asked for the hearing to be closed to the media and the public. (Yoav Zitun)
