Opposition Chairwoman Tzipi Livni addressed the "Nakba Day" events and the clashes that occurred between the security forces and the Palestinians: "We all see yesterday's images before our eyes. It wasn't a one-time incident, but a shift in the state of affairs. It has reached us, and it's the right and the obligation of every government to defend its sovereignty."
At the beginning of a Kadima faction meeting, Livni also slammed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's administration. "Israel is growing more and more isolated," she said. "This government is incapable of presenting alternatives." (Attila Somfalvi)
