Report: Prosecutor to release Mubarak wife on bail

An Egyptian prosecutor will end the detention of former first lady Suzanne Mubarak once she pays bail and returns some assets to the state, a judicial source said on Tuesday.

Mubarak, who denies charges that she abused her husband's influence for unlawful personal gain, was admitted to hospital on Friday after suffering symptoms of a heart attack. (Reuters)
