Attorney indicted on charges of leading Jaffa crime ring
Attorney Gur Finkelstein has been indicted along with five Jaffa residents on charges of attempted murder and attempted arson. The prosecution believes the six are members of a crime ring in Jaffa that made an attempt on the life of an engineer in Tel Aviv Municipality and also tried to blow up the Scientology building in the city.
An additional man was arrested but his identity is being kept under gag order as he is a state witness. The prosecution has asked the court to remand the arrests of all suspects. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
