Report: Russia offers to host Fatah-Hamas talks

Russia has invited Palestinian factions' officials to hold their next reconciliation talks between Fatah and Hamas in Moscow, according to London-bases newspaper Al-Hayat.
Palestinian sources told Al-Hayat the talks might be held there either Saturday or Sunday. (Elior Levy)
