Tens of thousands of people made the traditional Lag B'Omer pilgrimage to the tomb of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai on Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee on Saturday. About 3,000 police officers are securing the area, along with 120 Magen David Adom workers and 30 firefighters. (Hagay Einav)
