State Prosecutor's Office: Rehash 'pregnant foreign worker' protocol

The State Prosecutor's Office requested that the High Court of Justice rehash the cancelation of the "pregnant foreign worker" protocol regarding deportation of foreign workers who gave birth while in Israel.
According to the protocol, a foreign worker who gave birth in Israel was forbidden to stay in the country with her baby after her maternity leave was over. It was canceled over a month ago. (Aviad Glickman)
