Report: Iranian gov't officials arrested for spying for US

Iranian government officials were part of the US-controlled spy ring that was recently apprehended in the Islamic republic, the FARS news agency reported.
According to the report, a director of a government bureau and directors of other state establishments were among those arrested on suspicion of being part of a spy operation that was controlled by the CIA. The discovery of the operation was covered by Iranian television channels on Saturday. (Dudi Cohen)
