PLO head: Obama's stance on '67 borders – a basis for peace talks
PLO Secretary-General Yasser Abd Rabbo said that US President Barack Obama's position regarding a Palestinian state within 1967 border is the basis for a profound peace process, "If Israel gives its unequivocal consent."
