Israel, Russia to sign emergency cooperation agreement

Israel and Russia are scheduled to sign an emergency cooperation agreement next week, despite the recent tensions surrounding the expulsion of IDF Attaché Colonel Vadim Leiderman on suspicion of espionage.
Homeland Security Minister Matan Vilnai and his Russian counterpart will sign the accord at the Knesset next week. (Hanan Greenberg)
