Rightists attempt to build outpost to 'embarrass Netanyahu'

Dozens of Hilltop Youth members are marching towards Area E1 near Ma'aleh Adumim with the intention of building an outpost there. It is a sensitive area in which the Unites States has previously objected to any Israeli construction.
The Hilltop Youth members said their purpose is to "embarrass" Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is currently visiting Washington, and to "pass along a message to Obama that a Palestinian state cannot be established." (Yair Altman)
