Mortar fired by IDF during training hits Golan Heights

A mortar shell landed Tuesday near the Quneitra Crossing in the north of the Golan Heights. An initial inquiry showed that it was fired by an IDF unit that was training in the area. The training was stopped pending further investigation. IDF elements noted that the entire incident took place on Israel's side of the border. (Hagay Einav)
