A cardiologist says Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad didn't have a heart attack and should make a full recovery after surgery at a Texas hospital to open a clogged artery.
Dr. Kunjan Bhatt, who is helping to care for Fayyad at Seton Medical Center in Austin, tells The Associated Press that the prime minister could be released as early as Tuesday. Fayyad's spokesman said Monday that the prime minister had a heart attack. (AP)
