Katsav's lawyers ask court to delay appeal hearing for vacation
None
Moshe Katsav's lawyers requested the Supreme Court to postpone the former president's appeal hearing, which was scheduled for August.
The attorneys wrote that they already had family vacations planned for the hearing dates, and that cancelling theses vacations will cause them and their families distress. They also said in the request that since the former president is no longer incarcerated, holding the hearing during the court's summer recess is an "extreme" measure. (Aviad Glickman)
