Pfizer, Teva reach settlement over violation of medical patent

Pfizer Inc., the world’s biggest drugmaker, settled a claim against Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. over a generic version of the Neurontin epilepsy drug. According to the settlement, Teva will be able to continue selling the generic version of the drug under a license from Pfizer. (Ynet)
