Iran: Opposition calls for silent rally to free Mousavi, Karroubi

Iran's Green Movement has called on the supporters of the opposition to participate in a silent protest rally that will take place at the center of Tehran on June 12.

During the rally, which will take place two years after the disputed elections caused riots in the Islamic Republic, the protesters will demand the authorities to release opposition leaders Mir-Hossein Mousavi and Mehdi Karroubi, who have been detained for over three months. (Dudi Cohen)
