Former US State Secretary Eagleburger dies

Lawrence S. Eagleburger, the only diplomat in US history who served in the role of state secretary, died on Saturday at the age of 80.
Eagleburger served as the head of the State department for five months in 1992, he was a republican in his opinions yet served as a professional diplomat to both democrat and republican presidents for 40 years. He was considered a great friend to Israel. (Yitzhak Benhorin)
